I specialize in creating artistic dishes that will please your taste buds. Home cooking for me is Eastern European food. I am also trained in Indian cuisine, standard American delicacies, and special nutritional needs. Living in the abundant "Salad Bowl" (Salinas Valley), my dishes are primarily farm-to-table.
